- Priority booking, preferred Fab Wing rates, and Gear Atelier first-call access.
- First right to apply for future member-operated locations when the program opens.

- For those who see the business case and want to review ownership participation.
- Investor interest recorded for review; final acceptance subject to documents.
- Pro-rata equity structure, with USD 2,000 minimum and USD 20,000 maximum.
- Access to the Business Plan and theBAY by the Numbers.
- May reserve up to two Founding Rider membership invitations at the ₱888/month founding rate, subject to acceptance and availability.
- No membership deposit is required unless the investor also wishes to be reviewed for Founding Rider status.

The first circle is deliberately curated. This keeps theBAY from becoming captured by one club, one group, or one money bloc before the culture is formed.
Founding Rider Guidelines
Founding Rider status is granted individually and may not be reserved, assigned, transferred, or held by proxy on behalf of a group, club, or third party. ViToMoto reserves the right to review related, affiliated, or coordinated investor interest as one group for governance and concentration-risk purposes.
Deposit Timing
The Founding Rider deposit is a future commitment signal, not a payment request today. Deposits are requested only when ViToMoto Corporation Philippines begins SEC filing and founding documentation. If collected, the deposit will be receipted, tracked separately, and governed by written Founding Rider terms. At opening, ₱888 is applied to the first month’s membership dues. The remaining balance may be credited to the member’s account or refunded, at the member’s option.
